Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Snapok macOS app and the snapok.app website, provided by ThinkAny, LLC.

License

Snapok is open-source software licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0. Your rights to use, modify, and redistribute the app are defined by that license. A commercial license without the AGPL's copyleft obligations is available; contact support@thinkany.ai.

Preview builds

Snapok is in early development. Builds from the dev branch are previews and may contain bugs or change without notice. Builds marked "unsigned" are not notarized by Apple. Install them only if you accept that.

No warranty

Snapok is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, as described in the AGPL-3.0. ThinkAny is not liable for lost screenshots or other data. Keep copies of anything important outside the app's library, which deletes old captures according to your retention setting.

Third-party services

AI features send requests to the Claude API using your own API key. Your use of that API is governed by Anthropic's terms. Downloads and source code are hosted on GitHub under GitHub's terms.

Your content

You own your screenshots. Do not use Snapok to capture or share content you do not have the right to use.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
